A few notes for you:
As a person who had a complicated relationship to food my whole life (it feels like) learning to cook for myself has been a marvelous part of my healing journey toward a happier, healthier me.
I am a human who cooks food. I am not a trained chef.
I took a long sabbatical from posting on my website but shared my food cooking/consumption content very consistently on INSTAGRAM for the past 10 years. I will migrate some of that over here in posts for you but go check out my Instagram posts in the meantime.
My blog/posts are much like me: inconsistent and imperfect. And I am doing nothing to change that—I’ve left all the posts as they were because they mark the passage of time and my life as it unfolded.
I hope you enjoy scrolling through and watching the progression of my confidence in the kitchen and find inspiration for yourself somewhere along the way.
