Letting Go: a virtual event for releasing & allowing

Letting Go: a virtual event for releasing & allowing

As another year passes, let’s gather to intentionally release the past, and anything we may cling to, and make space to receive all that we want to welcome into our lives.

Rituals, created by human beings as a way to promote healing, transformation and transcendence, provide a way to move from intention to action. And there is tremendous power when we do this in community.

Let’s celebrate the Black Moon, the second new moon in a calendar month, that passes on December 31st and also as Chiron goes direct on December 29th. These powerful celestial movements are the perfect opportunity for us to align ourselves (as the stardust we are) to release the past and all that hinders us, any darkness we hold: fear, worry, remorse, anguish, shame, judgment and doubt and welcome the present and all it offers us to receive in the energy of lightness: love, vitality, joy, freedom, courage and confidence.

Let’s practice releasing:

  • any resentments or regrets

  • fear of failure and/or the uncertain future

  • overthinking that limits us and our potential

  • the mental weight of materialism and clutter that holds us back

And lean into allowing:

  • clarity, confidence and compassion

  • immeasurable wealth in many forms

  • living in alignment with our truest, most authentic selves

  • time and space for habits that heal our minds, bodies and souls
